- All rental charges are for a 12 (twelve)
hour period. $100 per hour will be charged for authorized
additional hours. Rental charges include a regular quantity
of tables and chairs assigned to the reserved area. Everyone
must pay the security deposit, the security guards
and the janitorial charges in advance.
- All renters must honor and strictly
adhere to the GSH management policies, including the "Terms
and Conditions for the facility use" attached with the application.
Smoking is strictly prohibited. Abuse of property of
harassment of any kind on the premises will not be tolerated.
GSH management reserves the right to deny admission or physically
remove any violators of the policies.
- A "User's Certificate" obtained per
Donors Appreciation Policy may be used in liey of rental charges.
A "User's Certificate" is entitled for the Assembly hall,
Ball Room and the kitchen area.
- All renters are required to pay a security
deposit at the time of the reservation. All other charges
must be paid 30 days prior to the reservation date.
- Only members who are GSH Family members,
or become GSH Family members at the time of regular membership
renewal during the Navratri Festival qualify for a GSH member
rate. Current GSH membership card will be required as identification
at the time of application.
- Member must rent the facility directly
for his or her own use. If reserved for a non-member, the
reservation will be cancelled, the deposit will be forfeited,
and future rental privileges will be revoked.
- A registered non-profit religious,
cultural and/or professional organization must submit an official
signed application to the GSH for renting the hall stating
the purpose and timing of the event. All paperwork must be
submitted to the MGCC Manager with the deposit. SUch cases
are eligible for a GSH member rate.
- Reservation will be confirmed only
after the payment of the deposit. No reservations will be
mode more than 90 days prior to the event. First priority
will be given to GSH members.
- Cancellation Policy:
- 60 or more days prior to the date
of the event: full refund of deposit.
- 59-31 days prior to the date of
the event: loss of deposit.
- 30-0 days prior to the date of
the event: loss of deposit and 50% of the rent.
